For those of you flying to be with us, the closet airport is Valley International Airport in Harlingen. Both Southwest and Continental Airlines fly into VIA. All major car rental companies are located inside of airport. There is also a shuttle that offers round trip service from the airport to the hotel for $35/round trip. Time: 6 - 6:30am (Meet at Isla Grand Lobby or at marina)
6:30am-11:30am Bay Fishing (all fish must be weighed in by 11:30am)
Fee Schedule:
Registration fee is $225 per fisherman (DVM or guest)
Fishing Information:
* Cost includes fishing guide, rods, tackle, bait and drinks (bring any food, sunscreen, etc)
* Prize catagories include largest red, largest trout, heaviest stringer and minnow award (smallest legal fish).
* Placings based on weight of fish and tie broken by length (all decisions of weighmaster are final).
* Awards will be given out at crawfish/fish fry on Saturday night.
* Indicate on registration form how many participants you are paying for.
